About this module
The inability to forgive manifests as discomfort that can appear almost anywhere in your physical body. By focusing on the breath, we become aware of where we’re holding pain. And by releasing tension in our muscles, we can let go of that discomfort.
Week one will focus on connecting your breath, mind, and body to let go of preconceived notions or expectations of your journey.
